To add a new card, log in to your account, go to "My Cards" section, and click on "Add New Card." You can name each card for easy identification.

How quickly will my transit card be recharged after payment?

Our recharge system processes transactions instantly. Once your payment is confirmed, the funds are added to your transit card immediately. However, it may take up to 10-15 minutes for the updated balance to reflect when you tap your card at a transit terminal. This delay is due to the synchronization process between our system and the transit authority's network.

What is the minimum and maximum amount I can recharge?

The minimum recharge amount is 10 AED, while the maximum amount per transaction is 500 AED. These limits are set to ensure system efficiency and security. If you need to add more than 500 AED, you can make multiple transactions. For corporate accounts, these limits can be adjusted based on specific requirements.

Can I schedule automatic recharges for my transit card?

Yes, our Premium Membership includes an auto top-up feature. You can set up automatic recharges based on either a schedule (weekly, monthly) or a minimum balance threshold.
